Better Today

Work is good for the soul. Ok, so I made that up. Even so, today was a good day and it made me feel better to get back to work. I have a board meeting tonight - it'll be my first.

Talked to Munchkin's dad this morning who said that she'd painted her little birdhouse and I think he said she painted a little of the porch too. *grin* That's my little Picasso.

*grin*

Headed to the house to freshen up before the meeting. 'night, folks!

  1. Hi, it's Snoskred here. I've recently become a blogging chick and have set myself a challenge to comment on as many Blogging Chick blogs as I can. So that's why I'm here. ;)

Glad you're feeling better. I also really am very glad you're allowing him this time with her - so many Mom's today try to get in the way of visitation. If you can imagine your grief after missing her for one day, my partner and I have not seen his son in eight years due to parental alienation and making the decision that the best thing for the child was to stop putting him in the middle of a tug of war. We know we did the best thing for him but we also miss him a lot. We hope when he is old enough he can make the decision to come and live with us.

Anyway, thank you on behalf of non-custodial parents everywhere. :) I'm not so sure this is crazyville, you seem quite sane to me! ;)
