I have mentioned in previous posts about my job, that I am the Marketing Director for an Arts Center. Today, I sent another Press Release to the paper on a cooking demonstration we have scheduled for later this month.
What catches my attention every time I read it is the bizarre food items that I have NEVER heard of. chili paint? mango jalapeno aoli? What on earth?
Now, I do not pretend to know a lot about "gourmet" food but I have absolutely no frame of reference for these things.
It just reminds me how much there is still to learn about the world I inhabit.
